2026 Spring Strength & Conditioning

Hillsborough Youth Sports Raider Football Spring Strength and Conditioning

Hillsborough Youth Sports is excited to offer the Hillsborough Youth Sports Raider Football Spring Strength and Conditioning program, designed to help athletes build the physical foundation needed for success in football and other sports.

The first phase of the program will run from April 17, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and sessions will be held Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, weather permitting, at Triangle Stadium Field.

This program is designed to improve the key areas athletes need most, including speed, acceleration, agility, power, conditioning, coordination, and competitive toughness. Each session will include a structured warm-up, movement preparation, competitive drills, and football-related conditioning activities that help athletes improve in ways that carry over directly to the field.

Athletes may participate in events and drills such as sprint work, shuttle runs, sled push and pull, broad jumps, medicine ball throws, bucket carries, push-up challenges, relay races, and team competitions.

Our goal is to create a positive and competitive environment where athletes can work hard, build confidence, improve their fitness, and grow as teammates. This program is a great opportunity for players to stay active during the spring, prepare for the upcoming season, and continue developing athletically through structured and challenging training.

For any athletes participating in a Fall HYS sport, the $25 fee for this program will be refunded to them after they sign up and pay for that sport.

We are looking forward to a strong spring and to helping our athletes grow through hard work, competition, and teamwork.
