Coaching Opportunities: Parent volunteers interested in coaching are encouraged and should contact the Program Director. The sport of field hockey will be introduced in a motivating, enthusiastic atmosphere where fundamental skill building will be coupled with strategic game instruction. Practice will include stick work, concept drills, offensive and defensive game strategy, and conditioning. Coaches have varied experience with the sport and include former players, HHS alumni, current HHS Players, and interested parent volunteers. No experience is required—all are welcome and will be paired with experienced coaches accordingly.
