All volunteers are responsible for signing in upon arriving for any volunteer shifts to ensure they receive credit towards their work bond requirements. 

Upon completion of all workbond requirements, the Workbond Refund Request form and email it [email protected]. The deadline to submit the Workbond Refund Request form is March 1st following the seasons end.
Only one (1) form is required for families that participate in both football and cheer.

Work bond Refund Requirements

Track & Field Work Bond - refunded with 4 hours of work bond service during season.

Girls Lacrosse Work Bond - refunded with 4 hours of work bond service during season. 

Field Hockey Work Bond - refunded with four hours of work bond service completed during the season. 

Tackle Football Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, equipment is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

Travel Flag Football Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, equipment is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

In Town Flag Football Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, equipment is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

Competition Cheer Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, uniform is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

Game Day Cheer Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, Performance Uniform Top is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

Travel Game Day Flag Cheer Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, Performance Uniform Top is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.

In Town Flag Cheer Work Bond - refunded at the conclusion of the season if you meet your requirements of 4 volunteer hours, Performance Uniform Top is returned and full participation in the Calendar Raffle.
